Very good jotto Dave Grohl of course started out as a drummer for some grossly overrated band but whose drummer did he poach? As for Arcade Fire which band did they perform a Joy Division cover with?

The you tube links are all excellent but this is definitely worth checking out, although it would have been better if Win Butler had taken it out on the host rather than the camera

Taylor Hawkins was the session drummer for Alanis Morrissette. He has got to be good to get the gig with Dave Grohl, after all he was the drummer for one just about the best bands of the 20th century. ;D ;D
